Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Word Pile ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

Foggo Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

User Content

You are responsible for any text you enter into the App. You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Charles Chiejina / Foggo Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Foggo Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
