Tidy Cam collects only the information necessary to help you sort and organize your photo library. Here's an overview of the types of data we access:

Tidy Cam accesses your photo library to display, sort, and manage your photos. This is the core functionality of the app and requires your permission to operate.

• Display: Photos are loaded from your library to show you cards for sorting
• Sort & Organize: When you swipe to keep or delete, actions are performed directly on your local photo library
• Album Management: Photos can be organized into albums based on your sorting decisions

You can revoke photo library access at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy > Photos > Tidy Cam.

Photo Locker is a premium feature that lets you hide photos in a secure local vault, keeping sensitive or private photos away from your main photo library.

• Local Storage: Photos in the locker are stored locally on your device using iOS security mechanisms
• No Server Access: We cannot access, view, or retrieve your locked photos — only you can
• Protected by Device Security: The locker leverages your device's built-in security features
• Uninstall Safety: If you uninstall the app, locked photos are returned to your photo library so you never lose them

The free version of Tidy Cam displays ads to support the development and maintenance of the app. Here's what you should know about advertising in the app:

• Third-Party Ad Networks: Ads are served through third-party ad providers
• Device Identifiers: Ad providers may collect anonymized device identifiers for the purpose of ad targeting and measurement
• Premium Ad-Free: Premium subscribers have all ads completely removed from the app

We do not share your photos, sorting habits, or personal information with ad providers. Only standard anonymized device identifiers are used for ad delivery.

Tidy Cam offers premium features through the following purchase options:

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99/month for access to all premium features including Photo Locker, ad-free experience, and unlimited sorting
• Lifetime Purchase: $9.99 one-time payment for permanent access to all premium features

You can manage your subscription or cancel at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Subscription status is stored locally on your device to unlock premium features.

All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate external servers that collect or store your information. Locally stored data includes:

• Sorting Preferences: Your sorting history and preferences for how photos are organized
• Album Settings: Custom album configurations and sorting rules you've created
• Trial Status: Whether your free trial is active or has ended
• Purchase Status: Your subscription or lifetime purchase status for unlocking premium features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Tidy Cam is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your photos, sorting history, and app preferences remain on your device. The only exception is:

• Free Version Ads: Anonymized device identifiers may be shared with ad networks for ad delivery in the free version

We do not:

• Upload or transmit your photos to any server
• Share data with data brokers or marketing partners
• Sell any user data to third parties
• Track your behavior across other apps or websites

Tidy Cam is suitable for users of all ages and carries a 4+ age rating on the App Store. Since we do not collect or transmit personal data to servers, the app is safe for younger users.

Parents and guardians should be aware that:

• No personal data is collected or transmitted from the app
• In-app purchases are subject to Apple's parental controls and can be restricted through Screen Time settings
• Ad content in the free version is managed by Apple's ad network policies
• All photo management actions are performed locally on the device

You have complete control over your data in Tidy Cam:

• View & Control: View and manage all your data directly in the app's settings
• Revoke Photo Access: Remove photo library permissions at any time through Settings > Privacy > Photos
• Delete All Data: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored app data
• Manage Ad Tracking: Control ad personalization through Settings > Privacy > Tracking

Since all data is stored locally, you maintain full ownership and control. There's no account to delete or data request to submit — simply manage your data directly through the app and iOS settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. When we make changes:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
• Significant changes will be communicated through the app
• Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
