By downloading, installing, or using SimplyStep, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

SimplyStep is a step tracking app that helps you monitor your daily walking activity, set goals, and walk virtual journeys to cities around the world. Step data is read from Apple HealthKit and displayed on-device.

Subscriptions

SimplyStep offers a 3-day free trial followed by optional paid access:

• Monthly subscription: $1.99/month, billed monthly
• Lifetime access: $6.99 one-time purchase

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.

Intellectual Property

SimplyStep and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foggo Apps and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

SimplyStep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Step counts are sourced from Apple HealthKit and may vary from other measurements. We do not guarantee accuracy of health data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foggo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SimplyStep.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
