Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using 365Buttons, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

365Buttons is a personal journaling app that helps you reflect on your daily experiences through creative button-based entries. Your content is stored locally on your device.

Subscriptions

365Buttons offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:

• Monthly subscription: Billed monthly
• Yearly subscription: Billed annually

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the journal entries and content you create in 365Buttons. Your content stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use 365Buttons only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app to violate any applicable laws
• Interfere with the app's functionality

Intellectual Property

365Buttons and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foggo Apps and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

365Buttons is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foggo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of 365Buttons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
