Your Journal Entries

All your journal entries, photos, and personal reflections are stored locally on your device. We never have access to this content. Your reflections are yours alone.

Data We Collect

365Buttons does not collect personal information, track your behavior, or use analytics. We do not know who you are or how you use the app.

Button Generation

When you use the button generator feature, the text description you enter is sent to our server to create your custom button image. This description is processed to generate the image and is not stored or linked to any personal information. No photos, journal entries, or other personal data are sent during this process.

Promotional Codes

If you redeem a promotional code, only the code itself is sent to our server to verify its validity. No personal information is transmitted.

In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your premium subscription status may sync across your devices using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage. This only includes your subscription status, not your journal entries or personal data.

Device Permissions

365Buttons may request the following permissions, all of which are optional:

• Camera & Photos: To add photos to journal entries or create custom buttons from your images. Photos are processed on-device and stored locally.
• Notifications: To send daily reminder notifications at a time you choose. This is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time.

Export Feature

You can export your journal data as a .365buttons file. This file stays on your device unless you choose to share it. We never receive exported data.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools. We have no insight into how you use the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only external transmission is button generation requests as described above.

Data Security

Your data is protected by iOS's built-in encryption. All network communications use HTTPS encryption.

Children's Privacy

365Buttons does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. Our commitment to your privacy won't change.
